RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have purchased a product on our website, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e. decide to return the product, without having to provide any reason and without any penalty, within 30 days.
Returning a product is very easy. Send an email to info@toninolamborghinieyewear.com, indicating your order number and we will send you a return label and instructions for sending the package back.

How much does it cost to make a return?
Return shipping is free.
Are the shipping costs incurred at the time of the order refunded?
Shipping costs are applied only to low-value orders and are not refunded in the event of a return.
Which couriers are used for returns?
Normally, returns in Italy are handled by Poste Italiane, while in Europe they are handled by DHL. There may be variations which will be communicated at the time of return confirmation.
Does the return include home collection?
No, the return involves dropping off the package at a collection point. You can check the most common collection points at the following links:

When will I receive the refund?
We will send you an email as soon as we have received and checked your package. If your return is approved, the amount will be credited to the same payment method used when placing the order. We are unable to process refunds to other payment methods: if your payment method is no longer available, please contact your bank or issuing institution to verify how to receive the refund.
Depending on the payment method used, the refund may take several days to be credited.
